INSURANCE INSPECTION
If you are looking to purchase and insure an older home or if you are up for renewal on your Florida's home owner's insurance, most likely you will be asked to submit a four-point inspection and possibly a wind mitigation inspection (for additional discounts, if your property qualifies) as part of the underwriting process.
Aquarius Home Inspections, LLC offers 4-point and wind mitigation Insurance Inspections as an add-on to the Home Buyer's Inspection or as a separate service for homeowners who require insurance inspections to obtain a new insurance policy on their property.
During a four-point inspection, an inspector will look at:

HOME BUYER INSPECTION
Our most common service, The Home Buyer’s Inspection abides by the state of Florida and InterNACHI’s strict standards of practice. During the inspection, we perform a thorough walk-through of the home and check the age and working conditions of the following:

NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION
Before new homes are scheduled for a final walkthrough, we will perform a New Construction Inspection. Small defects in construction can be missed during the construction process; we help builders discover their oversights with a keen eye for detail and a fresh perspective.
COMMERCIAL BUILDING INSPECTION
We offer light Commercial Building Inspections including apartment complexes and multi-family homes. We will inspect the entirety of similar components as in our Home Buyer's Inspection.
SAME DAY INSPECTION REPORTS
