Owned by Brice and Jess Griffin, we bring over 25 years of experience in building, and construction knowledge, as well as being certified professionals in home inspections, which gives us the unique skills and expertise to ensure your home is in top condition. 

Brice Griffin, a licensed and insured home inspector in Florida, has a robust background ranging from roofing and siding to custom home building and general contracting.

Jess has been a trusted and compassionate house & pet sitter for locals in the Tampa Bay Area for many years.

Aquarius Home Watch, a trusted branch of Aquarius Home Inspections, is dedicated to providing reliable home watch services in the Tampa Bay area. Owned and operated by Brice and Jess Griffin, we ensure your home remains secure and well-maintained while you're away. Our comprehensive services give snowbirds and vacation homeowners peace of mind with regular inspections and oversight.

 Aquarius Home Watch Program, serving home owners in the Greater Tampa Bay Area of Florida, offers a range of services to ensure your property is well-maintained and secure while you are away from your home.

 Our Home Watch Monthly Program includes a detailed report featuring a checklist of inspected items and a record of maintenance services performed, complete with dates. 

Our services include: 

Property Inspections: Regular checks to monitor the condition of the home, including both interior and exterior inspections.

 Security Checks: Ensuring doors, windows, and locks are secure, and monitoring for any signs of break-ins or tampering. 

Emergency Response: Addressing urgent issues such as plumbing leaks, electrical problems, or other emergencies.

 HVAC System Checks: Monitoring heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure they are functioning properly. 

Appliance Checks: Ensuring that appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, and ovens are working correctly. 

Utility Monitoring: Checking that all utilities (water, gas, electricity) are functioning and reporting any issues. 

Interior Maintenance: Identifying and addressing minor repairs or upkeep tasks inside the home. 

Storm Preparation: Preparing the home for severe weather, including securing outdoor items and checking for potential vulnerabilities.

 Additional service add-ons:

 *Mail and Package Collection: Collecting and forwarding mail and packages to prevent them from piling up and signaling that the home is unoccupied.

 *Vacation Services: Offering services like setting timers for lights or arranging for a cleaning service to maintain a lived-in appearance. 

*Landscape and Lawn Care: Overseeing yard maintenance, including mowing the lawn, trimming shrubs, and watering plants. 

*Pool Maintenance: Checking and maintaining pool cleanliness and water levels. These services help homeowners feel confident that their property is in good hands while they are away.

 *The services with asterisks aren’t included in the our regular home watch program, but can be added for an additional fee.

 Additionally, we offer an Enhanced Home Watch Program, which includes a house sitting service where a dedicated professional stays at your property to provide round-the-clock care. 

This added service ensures that your home appears occupied at all times, with a live-in caretaker managing daily maintenance, security, and any immediate needs. 

This approach not only maintains the property but also offers an added layer of security and peace of mind, making it look as though someone is living there full-time.
